Early Decision

  • Applying to college is all about timing—and choosing the option that’s right for you. At Emory, you can apply through Early Decision I, Early Decision II, or Regular Decision. Each plan has its own deadlines, requirements, and benefits. Use this page to explore your options and stay on track as you plan your path to Emory.

  • Early Decision I Deadlines

Early Decision I is a binding program that allows you to learn of your admission decision early in your senior year. The Early Decision agreement is required and must be signed by the student, parent/guardian, and school counselor.

Applicants can apply Early Decision to Emory College, Oxford College, or both. If you are admitted to both, you can choose which campus to attend.

You must pay your enrollment deposit to the college—Emory or Oxford—in which you choose to enroll.
