Homeschooled Applicants
Homeschooled applicants are students who have taken a substantial portion of their high school courses through a homeschool program or curriculum.
Requirements for Homeschooled Applicants
To apply for undergraduate admission, homeschooled applicants must complete all the application requirements for first-year admission. It is also recommended that homeschooled applicants submit:
- Scores from the SAT or ACT. Additional testing, such as AP exams, can be helpful, especially for some homeschooled students who take AP courses online and complete the exams at the end of the course. We recommend students submit any combination of AP, SAT, or ACT scores, which can be self-reported or official.
- One letter of recommendation from someone other than a family member.
- An explanation of the student’s curriculum.
